The University of Kentucky recognizes the important role that parents, guardians, family members, and friends play in the lives of students, and we value the insight you can provide about the student experience at UK. Asking questions and reporting student concerns to UK allows us to provide students with the support they need to lead lives of meaning and purpose.
The form below is received by staff from the Office of Parent and Family Engagement who will try to review the information within 48 business hours and coordinate any necessary follow-up, consultation, outreach, or resource referrals. Please note that if a report is submitted anonymously or a student’s name is not provided, staff may be limited in the outreach and support they can provide.
