Meet our friendly team, pick up your weekend essentials and any pre-purchased apparel, and get the inside scoop on all the exciting events ahead.

What You'll Need at Check-In:

• Your Family Weekend confirmation QR code (sent via email)
• OR the name of the guest who registered your group

Want to hit the ground running when you arrive? Send your student ahead of time to check in your family! They can pick up your welcome tote, grab all the weekend details, and have everything ready for you when you get to campus—so you can jump straight into the fun!

UK students checking in their families must also swipe their BBNvolved Event Pass to check in. Students can access their BBNvolved Event Pass by visiting uky.campuslabs.com/engage/eventpass, logging in with their LinkBlue ID, and saving the QR code to their phone or digital wallet.

No on-site registration or sales.

Parking and Accessibility:

• This event may include extra-large groups of 1,000 or more people
• This event may include auditory stimulation such as extra loud sounds, music, and cheers.
• This event may include visual stimulation such as bright lights, colors, or flashing/strobe lights.
• Parking will be free to Family Weekend guests in the Cornerstone Parking Garage and the Scott Street Parking Lot across from the Taylor Education Building.
• ADA parking is available with any ADA parking permit in the Gatton Student Center parking lot on Avenue of Champions, in the Scott Street parking lot, and in the Cornerstone Parking Garage on S. Limestone. Guests may also drop off participants in front of the Cornerstone before parking your vehicle.
• ADA restrooms are are available inside the Cornerstone.
