Family Weekend 2023 Visitor Center Campus Tour

Have you taken a tour of campus yet? If not, join Visitor Center tour guides for a 45-minute walking tour that will introduce you to some of UK’s history and traditions and show you some of campus’s newest additions. Tours will start at the Visitor Center in the Gatton Student Center and end at the next Family Weekend event site.

Tours are limited to 60 people per guide and will leave every half hour from 8:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. 

This is a walking tour with stops throughout. In distance, it’s just under two miles long. The tour is 100% wheelchair accessible, and there will be elevator or ramp options for any stairs along the tour. If you or one of your guests requires a wheelchair, we recommend bringing your own. UK has a few wheelchairs that we can lend guests if arrangements are made in advance. However, we may not be able to accommodate everyone.

If you have other accessibility needs, please indicate that on the Family Weekend registration form so we can make reasonable accommodations.

Parking will be available in the Cornerstone Garage, Rose Street Garage, Sports Center Garage, and other Employee "E" lots.

Family Weekend VIP event passes required. No on-site registration sales.
