Event Check-in Information
Spring Family Reunion will not include a single, centralized check-in. Instead, registered guests will check in at each individual event they attend throughout the weekend.
Please plan to arrive at each event with your full party present as check-in will occur on site. To complete check-in, we will need the name of the person who registered your family.
Some events may be checked in by community partners rather than University of Kentucky staff, including horse farm tour guides or staff at the Kentucky Horse Park entrance or Visitor’s Center. For this reason, we strongly encourage you to have your registration confirmation email accessible (digital or printed) at each event just in case.
If you have questions or need assistance during Spring Family Reunion, please contact us at parents@uky.edu or 859-257-2752; we're available Friday - Sunday, April 10-12, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
